TELSTAR SOUTH.......... HOME OF THE OLDIES!

With deep regret we must announce the passing away of a great radio friend, NIGEL GRANT, who was not only a friend to Telstar South & many other radio stations but also a personal friend of Dawns.

This news today has come as a huge shock to many people. Nigel will be greatly missed.

Nigel was involved with many radio stations in the London area, including RFL, Invicta, RFM, Alices Restaurant, Rock 106 and Rock Radio. He presented many brilliant rock programmes and was a huge help in the background, assisting with site work and everything else involved in the transmissions. He was a great character and a genuinely really nice person. Nigel, Mike Burnett & Dawn kept RFL on the air in 1989, undertaking all the site work. Dawn looks back on this with great warmth and many happy memories.
